I came to yoga through both fitness and philosophy, searching for a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit. That journey forever changed my life, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the same transformation in my students—whether through yoga, personal training, or health coaching.
I came to yoga broken—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I needed tools to heal myself, to reconnect with my heart and soul. The moment I stepped onto the mat 25 years ago, I knew I was home. That same sense of home is what I help my clients find in their own bodies, whether they are recovering from injury, rebuilding strength, or simply seeking more energy and confidence in their daily lives.
Yoga and strength training have always been my safe spaces—places for exploration, questioning, and discovery. They have taught me the power of resilience, devotion, and commitment—not just to the practice, but to myself. What can a beginner expect?
Jenni Sol Yoga works with beginners on a 1:1 level to accommodate your individual needs and create a tailor-made plan just for YOU. If you are looking to join a group yoga class, it is best if you have at least a year of yoga practice so that you can feel confident in group classes. What if I'm too intimidated to join?
1:1 sessions and training will help you build your knowledge, understanding of technique and philosophy, and encourage your confidence so that you can feel successful moving forward. You'll also get individualized attention and all your questions answered in these sessions - this is something that is difficult to obtain while working in a group.
